Service Description

Reserve your first month's tuition for small group lessons (6-8 children per lesson). This deposit secures your spot for private lessons at 1x per week, with breaks for holidays and other school break periods. Small group Private Lessons run from September to May, culminating in a Student Showcase with awards for all at the end of the school year. Reservations include 30 minute consultation via phone to assess student's needs and wants to grow creatively. Accepting grades K-12 for small groups.

Cancellation Policy

Payment & Refund Policy Cancellations made 90 days or more before the camp start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 60-89 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the camp start date are non-refundable.

By registering for Art Studio Summer Camp, hosted by Emily James Creative LLC, you agree to the following terms and policies. All services are fulfilled in person; there are no items shipped unless otherwise specified. Campers must meet the age or grade-level requirements for their selected session. Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, peers, and materials. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from camp without a refund. Campers must be dropped off and picked up on time; late pickups may result in a fee. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the start of camp, excluding any processing fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp begins or for missed days due to illness, travel, or personal conflicts. If a session is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued. Materials created during camp will be sent home with the child or picked up on the last day; no materials will be mailed unless arranged in advance. By registering, you release Emily James Creative LLC, its staff, and any associated venues from liability for any injuries or incidents arising from participation. Medical or emergency information must be submitted at the time of registration. Staff do not administer medication. Photographs or video may be taken during camp for documentation or marketing; to opt out, notify us in writing before the first day of camp. We collect personal information including your name, contact details, your child’s name, emergency contacts, and health or allergy notes strictly for administrative and safety purposes. Your information is stored securely, never sold or shared with third parties unless required by law or in the event of a medical emergency, and will be deleted following the camp season unless legally required for recordkeeping.
